Grape Pickers Needed

Looking for 4–5 reliable grape pickers for wine grapes in Kelowna.

Approximate harvest schedule:

Sept. 4 – Ortega: 2–2.5 days
Sept. 13 – Foch: 1–2 days, potentially 3–4 days
Sept. 24 – Semillon & Lemberger: 3–4 days

PAY – PIECE RATE

🍇 Ortega: $125 per 1,000 lb bin
🍇 Foch: $135 per 1,000 lb bin
🍇 Semillon & Lemberger: $125 per 1,000 lb bin

Each picker is paid for the bins they personally pick. Workers are paid directly by the grower by cheque.

Grapes are picked into provided wheelbarrows and dumped into full size bins using ramps. The vineyard uses an overhead T bar system similar to table grapes.

Experienced grape pickers preferred. Looking for reliable people who can ideally commit to all three harvest periods.

Dates are approximate and may shift slightly depending on winery schedules and crop readiness.
